well.. acctually this item is avaible for us free users ^^
when you are logged get in your userpage.
in the right top of it. you will see a few features and details of your usepage like the the number of deviantions you hav sent and the pageviews you hav...
and more to right you will see the a link a few links..
-Submit art
-Update journal
-Manage Prints
-Edit Setings
-Edit Profile <-- you want this!
-Upgrade
in the window to edit your profile pay attention to the "tabs" there will be 3 tabs one for Indenty, other for User Page Display and the other is Deviation Management. Check them all ^^
if there's anything else its just ask ^^
